Richard Christie was born in Glasgow in 1956.He started playing guitar at the age of thirteen,and has been playing ever since,with a few years out whilst travelling around.He is a guitar teacher and composer.If you would like to hear an example from his first book,go to u-tube,and search gittarin.The piece is #7,from the recently released book of 12 Short Progressive Pieces for Classical Guitar.These studies are designed for a guitarist who has been playing for about one year,and with the help of a good teacher should progress to a grade six level after completion.The book comes complete with a CD and can only be bought from,Amazon UK, e-bay,or,
